We collect applications for help for people through social workers, trusted charitable NGOs and our foundation's care leaders who are in charge of specific cases. We do not collect applications for assistance via the Internet, social media or by phone from people we do not know.

We also cooperate with trusted organisations, friendly churches and charities working in other cities of Ukraine close to the frontline, providing assistance to the local population (in cities such as Kherson, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, etc.).
